Content on this site (essays, videos, news links, and related materials) is for general information and personal expression. It is not financial, legal, or professional advice unless explicitly stated.
Partner offerings
The Partner page may offer tips and sponsorship products such as X cover placements, article mentions, or YouTube credits. Prices are shown in USD on the page. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. External tips via Buy Me a Coffee are handled on their platform under their terms.
- You must provide accurate contact and brand details needed to fulfill the product.
- X cover creatives must meet the stated size and content rules. No NSFW, scam, hate, or illegal content.
- I may reject a booking that breaks the rules or does not fit the channel. Rejected bookings are not refunded except where required by law or the payment provider.
- X cover slots are exclusive for the booked month. Fulfillment happens after payment clears and assets are received.
- Article and YouTube sponsorships are fulfilled on the next suitable publish, not on a fixed calendar date unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Refunds
Tips are generally final. For sponsorship products, refunds are at my discretion except where Dodo Payments or applicable law requires otherwise. Chargebacks for fulfilled work may be contested.
Intellectual property
Site design, writing, and original media belong to Prayush Jain unless credited otherwise. You may not scrape, republish, or resell site content without permission. Brand assets you supply for Partner placements remain yours; you grant a license to display them for the purchased period.
Availability
The site and Partner checkout may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, outages, or payment-provider limitations (including pending merchant approval).
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and Partner services are provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Partner product at issue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.
Changes
Terms may be updated. The date at the top will change when they do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
